proofavo.com/r/x7k2 — what your client sees
The Proofavo review page a client sees: Version 2 of a poster proof with a note pinned on the artwork, the previous round's requests in the sidebar, and a Request changes button — no login

The whole loop in 90 seconds

Your studio and your customer's side of the same link: a note pinned to the artwork, version two with every change boxed, and an approval locked to the exact file.

Sound familiar?

Feedback scattered everywhere
Round 3 comments arrive by email, round 4 by WhatsApp, the approval by phone. Good luck proving what was signed off.
Clients won't make accounts
Every "please register to view" email is a day of delay — or a client who gives up and replies with a marked-up screenshot.
Priced for agencies, not you
Proofing tools charge per seat with 5-user minimums. A two-person studio ends up paying for a 200-person workflow.

How it works

Upload, get a link

Drop in images or PDFs. Proofavo gives you one share link per project — send it however you already talk to your client.

The shop's view of a new proof: the share link ready to copy, the note the studio wrote for the reviewer, and the version listed as current
Two labels on the shop's own view of the proof: Opened 26m ago, and Email delivered

And you can see it landed

The proof tells you when the email was delivered and when your client last opened it. A quiet week stops being a guess — you know whether to chase or to wait.

Client comments on the file

They click the link and pin comments right on the design. No account, no password, no app to install.

The client's view: two notes pinned straight onto the poster, one on the dates and one on the show times, with the artwork's own toolbar underneath

One click to approve

They hit Approve, you get a timestamped PDF approval record for that exact version. No more "that's not what I signed off on."

The approved proof: a green banner naming who approved which version and when, with the approval record ready to download

Flat pricing. No per-seat tax. Your client never registers.

Questions you'd ask before giving us your email

No. They open your link, comment and approve as a guest. Their name is recorded on the version they approve — that's it.

Before you decide

How Proofavo compares with the tools you may already be paying for, and how the approval loop works in the trades that send proofs every week — including who should stay where they are.

Compare

Honest comparisons, including who should not switch. Competitor prices and complaints are dated and sourced from public reviews, not invented.

Guides

Practical write-ups on running an approval round without losing the thread: templates, checklists, and the version mistakes that cost a reprint.

Tools

Open a file, mark it up, download it. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is watermarked, and there is no account to make.
